Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund policy is as follows:

To be eligible for a return, you must request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be issued as store credit for the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees. All store credit must be redeemed within one year from the refund date.

We do not accept returns on our Hand Scented products as they are considered intimate or sanitary items. Please dispose of any unused products safely, keeping them out of reach of children and pets.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized Products

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books & Journals with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds

Once we receive your refund request and have inspected your returned items (if applicable), we will email you to confirm receipt of your return. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed promptly, and a credit will be automatically applied to your account. Please note that all credits must be used within one year from the refund date.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refunds@qwjournalsandgifts.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 10902 Midwest City, OK 43140

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will code be emailed to you. ( All gift credit codes must be redeemed within 1 year of refund date)

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
